My daughter is having one of her leg (left leg) lengthier & also in width by One inch than the right leg since she was two months. Now she is 15 years. We had been to Apollo Hospital, Chennai & also M.G. Ramachandran at Poroor,Chennai, long back. We were told that because the arteries in the right leg is narrow(multiple arteries) the blood flow in the left leg is more due to which this problem has arised. Since this was question of multiple arteries they did not suggest fo surgery. Now as such there is no serious problem. Only thing is that when she walks a slight difference is noticied. There is no pain whatsoever. She had taken Ayurvedic medicine in the past from Arya Vaidya Sala, Chennai, and also some oils were given for massage. So I am 25 (26 In Oct.) and I have never gotten my period before. Its going to be a long story…so be prepared.

Ok, i’m 18, male, 5′4, 107 pounds. I have a immature face. Ever since the 8th grade I have stopped growing physically, I have no appitete what so ever, and I am actually losing weight atm. My mom is 5′5 and my dad is 5′11. No one on either side of the family are this short/young looking.

I went to the doctor to get my bloodwork done. Everything came back normal that he tested for…(not even sure if he tested for this)…But human growth hormone deficiency can be hard to test for in blood because it shoots out in spirts…so generally the amount in the blood will be low. I don’t know what to do, I want a second opinion…but where do I go besides my family doctor?

I will eventually kill myself if I don’t get this resolved. Its all I ever think about anymore and I will never get over it. This life is not worth living. (Not that any of you care) Please don’t comment on this subject, nothing of what any of you say will change my mind.

To those who claim "you will love it when your older!" obviously have NO idea what its like looking so young/short, being a male. I’m sick of it.

No offense to anyone short in stature, but although many little people live happy, fulfilling lives, even most confessionals and church facilities are tailored to "average" sized people. In the secular world, they are often relegated to using child-sized equipment for everyday tasks.
