Hey everyone. I have been lifting weights for about two years and I just started using muscle milk about a month ago. I drink it immediately after working out. Does it contain either HGH, creatine, or any other harmful long-term substances? I use "muscle milk light. vanilla creame". I buy it from target, and it comes already in liquid form. The only thing I have to do is refrigerate it. Also, after a heavy lifting workout, is it good to drink muscle milk immediately after working out or what? Thanks in advance.
so I’m 16 and I recently heard of hgh. I’ve cycled creatine and have had great results, but I want more. what is the best hgh supplement out there for building muscle for my age. I know I’m too young and shouldn’t but please help me because I’m going to and I want the right stuff. Im a serious weight lifter and I take Supps like Creatine and Whey protein, and Ive been lifting since the age of 8, and I have the body to show for it im 5,11 170 lbs ripped. I was wondering what HGH would do for me if I took it. Would it make me taller, bigger, stronger or healthier?

I’m looking for anything that may persuade me from using HGH to gain some much needed muscle mass and overall weight. I have tried creatine and other protein supplements without much success. After all the hype over HGH it sounds intriguing, but I need more information. I just want to make sure that I’m not going to be doing any major damage to my body by taking the supplement. Thanks

i have been working out for a long time now and i have plateau. I am wondering if taking creatine is a bad idea since im a post liver transplant patient.. and i have tried almost everything else except for hgh.
okay so I know this is not a steroid, but I’ve heard on the news and such (after that wrestler who was on steroids and HGH’s killed his family chris benuau or something was his name) that human growth hormones are extremely unsafe and in some cases worse then steroids but I don’t know any of the side effects because every other source online says creatine is either really good or really stupid to use. I don’t wanna be huge but I am currently building for mass and I don’t know if I want to resort to these things if there as bad as some people say.
