I am 22, male and thinking about taking HGH supplements. Injections are too expensive so I am deciding between oral sprays and natural human growth hormone releasers. I read that after age 18, actual "growth" using HGH usually only occurs in the hands and feet. Will the releasers or the sprays also increase hand and feet size?

Should I take human growth hormones? There are HGH supplements in pill for, which have no side effects, and seem harmless.
