i am so confused on whether to have simple carbohydrates after working out or not please help me

I’m 7 feet tall, and still growing it seems. I don’t how a growth disorder, so i still look normal (My face isn’t deformed like people with gigantism).

How tall would be too tall for a girl to be interested in a guy? Also, I’m doing heavy lifting, so is that stupid for me to want to get big muscles too? Sometimes I see girls look frightened of me when I walk by…

alright so I’m not bragging or exagerating at all this is how it is

for probably the past 6 months everyone at my high school agrees that I’m the "most ripped" guy in the school (i’m a sophomore now, might compete in bodybuilding senior year). I try to stay modest about it, but who am i kidding, i love the positive rep. guys treat me with more respect and are always hoping i’ll help them with working out, which i’ll always do.

however, if you were to ask anyone in my school who the SECOND most ripped guy in the school is, they’d all agree it’s a new freshman kid, a year younger than me also looking to get into bodybuilding. I’ve seen this kids muscles and seen him lift some huge weights, he’s the real deal. so at first I thought "alright, some healthy competition i’ll be a good sport and push myself harder". Then he started bragging to everyone for some reason about the fact that he takes HGH steroids regularly.

On steroids, he’s progressing faster than anyone could imagine. Most people say that if he continues to use steroids, he’ll be equal to me in less than a year, and surpass me soon after.

I don’t know what to do about it, should I accept this guy as a fellow bodybuilder, tell him to lay off the roids, or what?
kenny: thanks man, and i know a couple other natural bodybuilders at my school that agree with you. They’ve been working out twice as long as him and he crushes their stats, they’re pissed as hell.

the pituitary gland into producing more hgh. I was in an auto accident in 1997 and the muscles in my neck, shoulder, back and rib cage area never quite fully recuperated. I was trying to find out if hgh might be the answer to help my body rebuild itself because physical therapy has helped a little but not much. Basically, do hgh releasers work? what are the side effects? Am i better off with the hgh injections?

A roommate and I have been debating when someone should take protein in order to gain muscle during working out, before or after. There seems to be good reasons to do each.
Ex:
Taking it before allows to body to use it during the workout to build up the muscles.
Taking it after allows the body to use it to repair the muscles and make them bigger.

For best results should someone take protein before or after they work out?

P.S. We are not looking for answers about steroids, HGH, or other supliments. We just want to know about protein.

Slim but athletic

I’ve been skinny ever since but now I need to take drastic actions. I’m in good physical condition with no medical complications, I don’t smoke (well I hooka now and then) nor drink. I tried out boxing and loved the sport as I found a new addiction of pushing myself to the limit. I’m free most of the time, just graduated from highschool, a new image would help before getting back out..

I’m just a bit lost and would appreciate the help!

My goal is to add weight/mass, which should I get? Mass Gainer, Cyto Gainer or Muscle Milk? I’m planning to get Cyto Gainer- Is it helpful? do you have a suggestion of a cheaper weight gainer? When are these best to take? before or after meals?

I’ve bought supplements before but I’m having a hard time of starting out a daily routine like for example:

Taking a weight gainer powder each morning, before meals- working out while taking an amino acid juice + whey after work outs- along with misc. protein bars, good diet and sleeping early?
-Take CytoGainer with light meal in the morning
-Early stretches or jogging (I’m on a height plan, still researching about HGH; I know they’re bad and too early for me to take)

Having stretch regimens each week and then working out on mass/bulk twice a week? swimming or stamina building twice a week? I like to bike up the hill too..

I want to add muscle mass but with some fat or mass in general, do I need fat first in order to build up muscles? what can taking whey + cyto regime do?

Anyway I’m confused… How should I start with the proper supplements I could get, I’m on a tight budget but I have been running ever since..

i swim everyday too! does stretching your muscles, i.e. your hamstring to the limit help?

I think they think the public at large is rather stupid.

Such as sprinting, or sprinting up and down the stairs in your house (well obviously not sprinting back down the stairs) If this is true then does it mean that if I am doing weight training that it will help the muscles grow that I was working on with weights?

My uncle said its good stuff, but I thought it uh….shrank other things that were not muscles…if you know what i mean.
