I had a 20 week sonogram today and found out that my last blood test showed a low number for a growth hormone (protein A I believe?) I asked questions when I was there and thought I could just come home and do research. Can’t find anything!!

Has anyone else run into a similar issue? The baby is growing great now and is measuring normal. I am so worried and could use some honest answers (I also want to be prepared).

I have bought some bacteria and some restriction enzymes and the DNA sequence of the cat growth hormone. I plan to splice the DNA into the plasmids of the bacteria to make them start synthesizing the protein. I do not plan to actually put the growth hormone into any cats yet without extensive research and planning. I know that to much growth hormones can lead to the desegregation of joints and other bad effects but i was wondering if the cats can be some how prepared for the extensive extra growth.

I am 16 and a little under five feet tall. I come from a pretty tall family, but I haven’t had the growth spurt that comes with puberty yet. I know that some girls stop growing at my age, but in other cases you stop growing at 18. I’m worried I might have a growth hormone deficiency or something.

Should I consult my doctor? Should I see if I need to undergo any treatment?
And for the record, I eat no junk food, fast food, etc. I have a diet high in calcium and protein and also take vitamin supplements. I also take long daily walks for exercise. My lifestyle is healthy, overall.

A roommate and I have been debating when someone should take protein in order to gain muscle during working out, before or after. There seems to be good reasons to do each.
Ex:
Taking it before allows to body to use it during the workout to build up the muscles.
Taking it after allows the body to use it to repair the muscles and make them bigger.

For best results should someone take protein before or after they work out?

P.S. We are not looking for answers about steroids, HGH, or other supliments. We just want to know about protein.

I am skinny and hate it, I have worked out hard for a while, i have seen results but not what i would like to be seeing. I have taken protein, NOxplode, cytogainer, nothing works. So I am looking for something new. What about an HGH or GHR? Or are those mainly used for anti-aging? Don’t give me bullshit about how I shouldn’t take them. i know the risk, I know what they do internally, but the gain is worth it to me. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Slim but athletic

I’ve been skinny ever since but now I need to take drastic actions. I’m in good physical condition with no medical complications, I don’t smoke (well I hooka now and then) nor drink. I tried out boxing and loved the sport as I found a new addiction of pushing myself to the limit. I’m free most of the time, just graduated from highschool, a new image would help before getting back out..

I’m just a bit lost and would appreciate the help!

My goal is to add weight/mass, which should I get? Mass Gainer, Cyto Gainer or Muscle Milk? I’m planning to get Cyto Gainer- Is it helpful? do you have a suggestion of a cheaper weight gainer? When are these best to take? before or after meals?

I’ve bought supplements before but I’m having a hard time of starting out a daily routine like for example:

Taking a weight gainer powder each morning, before meals- working out while taking an amino acid juice + whey after work outs- along with misc. protein bars, good diet and sleeping early?
-Take CytoGainer with light meal in the morning
-Early stretches or jogging (I’m on a height plan, still researching about HGH; I know they’re bad and too early for me to take)

Having stretch regimens each week and then working out on mass/bulk twice a week? swimming or stamina building twice a week? I like to bike up the hill too..

I want to add muscle mass but with some fat or mass in general, do I need fat first in order to build up muscles? what can taking whey + cyto regime do?

Anyway I’m confused… How should I start with the proper supplements I could get, I’m on a tight budget but I have been running ever since..

How many countries still allow these injections in their animals? Maybe other countries with less are living longer because their main diet is not protein from meat. Many of those with longer life spans eat much more grain and legumes and smaller portions of protein from meat because it is not as available to them. Many of these poorer countries eat more fish – not the farmed stuff that is full of pollutions. Can we change our health conditions or are we doomed?

Is our government making us dependent upon medicine intentionally? If not, why are these injections and additives still allowed and why are they not labeling our foods properly to give us a choice?
