What foods do I need to eat?
What supplements should I take?
What’s the best exercises to secret hormones?

Any tips would be helpful, thanks…

I am a little nervous about it because of how it’s been demonized through sports and stuff. I’ve done my research though and there doesn’t seem to be really any significant side effects. So before I jump on board the HGH bandwagon can anybody give me any advice and possible side effects that could occur? Have any of you taken HGH Supplements before?

hi my name is Kevin i am 18 years old and stand at 5 foot 11 inches.

my main goal is to grow to six feet, now i know its possible but unlikely i will grow any taller as of right now being 18. but ive heard there are some supplements that you can take to keep your hormone levels active and high allowing your body and bones to grow for a few years after puberty.

now i seriously don’t think im over puberty as i still gave a decent amount of new pimples lol.

the supplement i found is called HGH 20 and a link to it is here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hgh.html

does anyone have any experience with this stuff or know anything about it, before i buy it im going to read all i can on it because i really dont want it to even up messing up my body in any way.

i an also starting to take a daily vitamin, i dont drink coffee and have a low amount of cafein in my diet.

if there are any exercises that, i dont know strengthen the back and elongate the spine that would be cool too.

I grew up in the 70’s when players were skilled, fast, skinny, and naturally muscular. Now you got these huge plumped up artificial thanksgiving turkey looking guys swinging for the fences on every other pitch. A person would have to be super naive to believe that these players aren’t widely abusing HGH. There are no accurate ways of testing for it. Professional bodybuilding gave up testing for it a long time ago. And baseball can do nothing about it either even when former players come out and say that a large proportion of their former teammates abused HGH. I wish there were two leagues. One natural and one that was all about steroids, HGH, and supplements. The game is going to hell. I am watching a bunch of guys with fat butts ruin the game. And the pitchers are guilty too.

Slim but athletic

I’ve been skinny ever since but now I need to take drastic actions. I’m in good physical condition with no medical complications, I don’t smoke (well I hooka now and then) nor drink. I tried out boxing and loved the sport as I found a new addiction of pushing myself to the limit. I’m free most of the time, just graduated from highschool, a new image would help before getting back out..

I’m just a bit lost and would appreciate the help!

My goal is to add weight/mass, which should I get? Mass Gainer, Cyto Gainer or Muscle Milk? I’m planning to get Cyto Gainer- Is it helpful? do you have a suggestion of a cheaper weight gainer? When are these best to take? before or after meals?

I’ve bought supplements before but I’m having a hard time of starting out a daily routine like for example:

Taking a weight gainer powder each morning, before meals- working out while taking an amino acid juice + whey after work outs- along with misc. protein bars, good diet and sleeping early?
-Take CytoGainer with light meal in the morning
-Early stretches or jogging (I’m on a height plan, still researching about HGH; I know they’re bad and too early for me to take)

Having stretch regimens each week and then working out on mass/bulk twice a week? swimming or stamina building twice a week? I like to bike up the hill too..

I want to add muscle mass but with some fat or mass in general, do I need fat first in order to build up muscles? what can taking whey + cyto regime do?

Anyway I’m confused… How should I start with the proper supplements I could get, I’m on a tight budget but I have been running ever since..

I’m 16 132lbs 5′10 im in weightlifting for my school but it seems like its not really helping… Any supplements (not steriods…) i can take to boost it? I was considering Hgh? I just don’t want to be skinny the rest of my highschool career

When someones competes in a bodybuilding competition does "natural" mean they dont use any of the supplements..Like NO Xplode, Super Pump 250 Etc…. or does that mean they just dont use HGH, Steroids, etc…..

I know that for children who are predicted to be (or already are) shorter/smaller than normal people their age can take growth hormone injections. My question is: are there any cheaper, effective alternatives to these injections? Like pills or other types of supplements? And, what is the cut-off age for having hormone treatment? I’ve seen age 21-23, 20, "before 20"…….obviously everywhere has a different answer.

I was just wondering if HGH precursors were safe to take for frequently working out teenage boys. Around 16-18. I understand a precursor will just stimulate the pituitary gland to produce HGH so these supplements could not possibly cause the body to have too much HGH, right? Also, is it even necessary for someone at that age to be taking these precursors. What affects could they expect from taking it?

has anyone tried this and noticed results on their skin? i definitely have hormonal problems and believe i was deficient in hgh.. first off, im 26, and i believe my skin is aging prematurely.. would it reverse this and tighten up my beginning to droop and loose skin? also, if my height was stunted due to this deficiency, would i grow -at this age? I doubt it, just wondering.. please let me know about the skin and if it works to tighten it and make it more thick and young looking.
if so how long will i see results?
I mean taking the supplements… orally.. not injecting human growth hormone. ( i know theres controversy of them)
so do you spray your face?

I have done my fair share of research on the topic and I have only found studies on short children with a HGH defiancy being tested with injections. ALOT of people are against the idea since most people just want height increase because of "social" reasons and people think you should embrase your shortness.
I am about 5 foot 6, nearly 15, I know i still have some growing to do but that is exactly why i wanted to try this, since i figure it will just enhance my growing, and Yes i would make sure i would have a doctor regulate my intake because i already know possible side effects if you exceed dosages.

Any ideas?
I will most likely take the supplements and eventually stack them to enhance the outcome. I will also pair this with healthy eating and excercise. or I might see if i can get the money together to do the injections if they will actually work.

Don’t care about opinions that say "height is already determined by your genetics", etc. etc. My goal is 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 9 if at all possbile. :)

Bodybuilders use some supplements to gain mass, shape or carve their body muscles etc. On the other hand there are Human Growth Hormones supplements which are used for having overall healthy body and also reducing aging factor as it keeps your muscles fresh and healthy.
the question is, are these two things the same or different, help plz…
