If so, why is it being injected into animals? What does it do to the animals and do they suffer from it? How?

This is in the political sectioin because government controls whether or not these injections are permitted – to promote the healthcare industry.
This hormone is banned from being injected in animals in most countries.
My question is not what all of the other reasons are that people are obese. This question is about this growth hormone. Anyone have the answer?
